DAY 22: Investigating...what's in the box?

My SON loves boxes : )

A super (cheap) activity suggested by a support worker from the local children's centre.  Cover a box and fill it with scrap paper.  It certainly kept SON entertained and he enjoyed scrunching and tearing the paper.

DAY 21: PARTY time!

This 'party' is really a little low key mum....just monkey and SON and no decorations...can hardly be called a party...and where's your chair mum?

The party bit of this play day challenge will be revisited!

We did do a bit of dancing!!

DAY 20: Paint Paint Paint!

No-one appreciates their child's art as much as a mummy AND I doubly appreciate it when SON chooses to paint.

Every time we visit the local children's centre, I try and encourage my SON to go to the painting activity...oh no, the sand is far more exciting...oh no, the cars are much more exciting...BUT mummy wants you to PAINT and it's fun, really it is!!

Well, here is a masterpiece that SON chose to do YAY, we may still have an artist in the making!!

PS:  We did make hand and foot salt dough impressions that SON will be painting...watch this space!!
