DAY 7: BIG draw

The BIG draw was on SON today!  It didn't start off that way...mummy did provide a long sheet of paper, but why use paper when you have your arms, legs and other body parts!

DAY 9: Sensory Play

You know the dried chickpeas you'll never eat...well, a perfect opportunity to use them for something:  sensory play!

DAY 8: Water Play

I have included this photo of SON and friend as a tribute to the Sure Start Children's Centre that we go to every Monday.  I am amazed and grateful for the wonderful provision of play activities at the centre and for the obvious dedication of the friendly, supportive staff.

SON loves splashing in water and giggles everytime the water splashes in his face.  He really enjoyed the plastic tubes in the water tray on this occasion and spent ages pouring (drinking some) and splashing water.  


To extend the water play challenge, SON had a bubblebath later on in the day.
